Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
This policy explains what High Noon: Online ("the game"), made by Brickell Lab ("we"), collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it to what the game needs to run.
What we collect
Account: a random ID that the game makes on your iPhone and keeps in its Keychain. If you choose Save progress with Apple, the identifier Apple gives us for your account. We don't ask Apple for your name or email.
Profile and progress: your player name, your country (taken from your iPhone's region setting), level, XP, gold, the items you own and wear, your rank, streaks, friends and challenges.
Gameplay: what happens in your duels (shots and their timing, items used, results) and your match history.
Chat: the messages you send in the town and country chat rooms and to friends, the players you @mention, reports you make or that are made about you, and any mutes.
Purchases: the transaction details Apple sends when you buy gold, so we can check the purchase and add it. Apple handles payment; we never see your card.
Cheat protection: App Attest keys and proofs from your iPhone, which show the requests come from the real game.
Technical data: your IP address and the requests your iPhone makes, in our server's logs, and how fast your connection is.
Computer players
The town includes computer-controlled players. To make them better, we record how they play with and against people: their duels, challenges, friend requests and similar events, including your side of those games. Some of their choices are made with OpenAI: we send a short description of the situation in our own words, which can include your player name and what happened in the game, but never anything you typed in chat.
What we don't do
The game has no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
How we use it
To run the game: sign you in, match you with opponents, run duels, show the town, leaderboards and seasons, keep your items and gold, check purchases, stop cheating, and answer support requests.
Who else handles it
- Google Cloud hosts our game server in Doha, Qatar. Backups are kept in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Apple, for Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases and App Attest.
- Cloudflare, for our domain and this website.
- OpenAI, which checks the text of each chat message for abuse before anyone sees it (only the text is sent, without your account or player name), and helps the computer players decide what to do (see above). OpenAI doesn't use data sent through its API to train its models.
Other players see your player name, level, rank, streaks, country flag and whether you're online, and the chat messages you send in rooms they're in.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, it is erased from the game at once; copies in backups are gone within 30 days. Server logs are overwritten as they fill up. Chat messages are deleted after 30 days, except a reported message, which we keep until we have looked at it.
Your choices
Delete your account at any time in the game: Settings, then Delete account. This also removes the game from your Apple Account's Sign in with Apple list.
To get a copy of your data or to correct it, email dev@brickell-lab.com.
Children
The game is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has an account, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
